Email Availability

Temporary email addresses are generated randomly and may be used by others after deletion. We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive all emails sent to your temporary address
• That emails will be stored indefinitely (they are automatically deleted)
• That the temporary email address will not be accessed by others

Prohibited Uses

Using TempMail Cloud for any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities or transactions
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Violating laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Creating multiple temporary addresses for abuse

Privacy and Security

While we implement security measures to protect your temporary emails, please note:

• Temporary emails are not encrypted end-to-end for all recipients
• Emails may be stored on external servers during transit
• We are not responsible for data breaches beyond our control
• Use at your own risk for sensitive communications

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TempMail Cloud be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our service
